Building Our Portfolios 12/18/19

Our 1st-5th grade QUEST students have been hard at work building their online portfolios to showcase everything they have done in our enrichment sessions this year.  These portfolios will follow the students so that they may continue to add to them over their years at DISD and reflect back on how much they have accomplished and grown as learners.  Being that the 4th and 5th graders are more tech savvy than Mrs. Stoker, they ended up teaching her a few things too!

Mrs. Stoker and Mrs. Orebo would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out to shop our Follett book fair, donate to our book box, and support the Richter Library!  Thanks to the generous donations of our staff, students and parents, we were able to purchase books for over 40 students!  Here are a few of our very excited winners...

Cat in the Hat Character Visit by Main Street Theater 11/12/19

The Richter Library was pleased to sponsor a special character visit for our kindergarten and first grade students by Main Street Theater's The Cat in the Hat!

Flashlight Reading 11/6/19
